Word document margins messed up driver#
The printer is off so don't know what driver is in use. Tried several ties, says can't delete, driver is in use. Tried again with driver only, same error box couldn't delete. Another error box says can't delete but had a delete button. Another box came up and asked if uninstal driver only or whole "packet" (forgot the word) and clicked to erase who packet I found HP OfficeJet 7610 series and another line had HP OfficeJet7610 series class driver. I went to uninstall by-passed rest of this. I had already deleted my printer and tried to re-install yesterday but kept getting error box that it couldn't instal driver correctly

I kept trying and picked one that was uninstal. In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.I tried following your directions but could not find what you listed: Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.” In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers. If the issue persists then please uninstall the printer drivers from the root level and then reinstall them. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers. Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software.I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix: Have you tried to print from another application and checked?.

I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job. I read that your HP OfficeJet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer does not print the header on some pages. I have wasted days and hours on this and have no idea what else to to HP Support Forums. I even purchased a new PC Cleaner but that didn't make any difference all. I ran all sorts of "maintenance, cleaners, etc.". I read that there could be miscommunication with the computer. I googled the issue but not any of the suggestions helped. I reset margins, even though it showed the correct settings but still didn't fix. No matter what I did, it wouldn't print header correctly and then it started printing with wider left margin. It wasn't an issue of not withing the print area, because things that had just printed correctly, suddenly didn't, but I still changed the margin settings to see if that made any difference but it didn't. Then the printer stopped printing the header on some pages, even though it had been. Once the issue began, printer usually would print header on the first page, but not the others. I had been working on several documents, for several hours and all was printing just fine. My printer is connected to laptop by cable, so not a wireless issue.
